Hi, I’m Rishin —a passionate leader, community builder, and creative marketer with nearly a decade of experience driving growth and fostering connections in dynamic environments. Over the past years, I’ve honed my expertise in leadership, sales & marketing strategy, and digital marketing and content generation while working with iconic brands like Harley-Davidson, and heading marketing at BMW Motorrad where I’ve helped teams and organizations exceed targets and build lasting customer relationships in different locations across the country, including Kochi, Delhi, Mumbai, Nashik, and Dehradun.
My journey spans roles as an Executive Assistant to Dealer Principals, Community Manager, and Sales Consultant, where I’ve led dealership operations, orchestrated cross-country motorcycle rides, and trained Army cadets in motorcycle club programs. I take pride in achievements like planning the first ride to the highest motorable road in the world on BMW bikes and organizing rides across the country (except Kashmir). For me, success lies in blending Faith, Patience, strategic thinking with empathy—whether mentoring teams, crafting campaigns, or ensuring everyone feels valued.
Beyond the professional sphere, I’m a storyteller at heart. As a blogger, poet, and author, I channel my creativity into words, while my love for adventure fuels my passions for biking, travel photography, and mixed martial arts.
